It is certified by BHMA and meets ADA ANSI A117.1 Accessibility Code requirements. The spring power of this product is adjustable with 6 settings, depending on the weight of the door it is handling (handles 40-330lb doors). It has a nice solid aluminum finish, making it suitable for professional commercial doors. The closing and latching speeds of this product are also adjustable for optimal performance. It can be mounted as a regular arm door closer, top jamb door closer, or parallel arm door closer. All instructions for installation are included in the packaging.
