Constructed with Cold Rolled Steel machined and threaded hubs, as well as locking nuts, this lockset securely bolts the chassis to the door, preventing any loosening even with constant daily use. The specifications of this lockset include being non-handed (suitable for both Right Hand and Left Hand Doors), suitable for doors ranging from 1-3/8” to 1-3/4” (35mm to 44mm) thick, with a 2-3/4” (70mm) backset. The front features a stainless steel finish, 2-1/4” x 1-1/8” (57mm x 29mm) in size, while the strike is ANSI approved (4-7/8” x 1-1/4”). The Roses have a 3-3/8” (90mm) Diameter Stainless steel design, and the Latchbolt is made of stainless steel with a 1/2” (12.5mm) throw.

Included in the box are: 1 Cylindrical Lockset - Storeroom Function, Screws and bolts for installation, User-Friendly Instructions, 1 ANSI Strike, and 1 Reversible Latch Unit. This lockset comes with a 5-year warranty and is certified as ANSI/BHMA Certified A156.2 - Grade 2, ADA Compliant A117.10, and UL Listed for 3 hours of fire resistance. It can be compared to models such as AL40S and Sargent 7U65, Lawrence LH5322.

Functionally, this lockset is designed for Storeroom use (commonly used in storerooms and mechanical rooms). When the door is closed, it is always locked (rigid) from the outside and requires a key for opening. The door is always open from the inside for emergency egress.

Color & Sizing options include a Satin Chrome/Aluminum finish (26D finish) and compatibility with doors ranging from 1-1/2" to 2" thick, with a standard 2-3/4" backset. This non-handed commercial-grade lever set is suitable for both Right Hand and Left Hand doors.

The lockset comes with a standard ANSI 4-7/8" x 1-1/4" square corner strike and a 1-1/8" x 2-1/4" square corner faceplate. It is certified as ANSI/BHMA 156.4 Grade 2 and UL Listed, as well as ADA Compliant. Additionally, it is fire-rated for up to 3 hours and is comparable to models such as AL50PD, Sargent 7G05, and Lawrence LH5309.
