LYNN HDWR LH5003 is the perfect door closer solution for light to medium foot traffic areas. It is an economical model designed for residential and light commercial doors.

This door closer is non-handed and has a fixed power size #3, making it ideal for residential and light commercial doors. It features two adjustable valves for latch and sweep control. The color option available is Dark Bronze (Duronotic) US10B.

The door closer is UL 228 certified and has a 3-hour fire rating. The screw/bolt pattern is 6-1/2" width x 3/4" height (center to center spacing). The footprint dimensions are 1-11/16” (43mm) in height, 7.125” (181mm) in width, and a projection of 2-3/8” (60mm).

Included in the package is one medium duty cast aluminum commercial door closer with a fixed size #3 power. Brackets and soffit plate are provided to allow for regular, top jamb, or parallel arm installations. Machine and wood screws, along with an installation guide and mounting template, are also included.
