The lockset features a Privacy Function where the outside lever is locked by pushing a button on the inside and can be unlocked from the outside using a flat object like a coin or screwdriver for emergency access. The inside lever is always free for immediate egress by turning the inside lever or closing the door.

Additionally, the lockset comes with a standard ANSI 4-7/8" x 1-1/4" square corner strike and 1-1/8" x 2-1/4" square corner faceplate. It has a Satin Chrome/Aluminum finish (26D finish) suitable for doors 1-1/2" to 2" thick with a 2-3/4" backset. It is NON-HANDED, making it suitable for both Right Hand and Left Hand doors.
