If the top rail of the door is not wide enough to accommodate the closer body, a mounting plate is included for a secure installation.

For doors with narrow top rails that require the closer to be installed on the push side of the opening, the top jamb mounting option is ideal. This mounting option provides a sleek and modern appearance, with the closer body mounted on the face of the frame head and the arm attached to the face of the door. Parallel Mounting Option
