The LYNN Hardware DC9016 Door Closer is the perfect solution for areas with very heavy foot traffic, high abuse, and extreme temperatures. It is ideal for entrances and exits in schools, office buildings, hospitals, and other public places. The package includes an Extra Heavy Duty Cast Iron Body Commercial Door Closer, brackets, a soffit plate for Regular, Top Jamb, and Parallel Arm Mount Installations, machine and wood screws, and a high impact molded cover. An installation guide and mounting template are also provided for convenience.

The DC9016 Door Closer features specifications such as a door weight capacity of up to 330 lbs, 1-6 Power Adjustable, non-handed operation, 4 adjustable valves (Latch, Sweep, Backcheck & Delayed Action), ADA Barrier-Free compliance, cast iron body, wrought steel arm, heat-treated piston, and powder-coated finished body for enhanced corrosion resistance. It also comes with a Tri-Pack standard for Regular, Top Jamb, and Parallel Arm Mounts, adjustable back check valve, and a Dark Bronze (US10B Duronotic) color finish.

This Door Closer is backed by a Lifetime Warranty and certifications including BHMA/ANSI 156.4 Grade 1 for over 2,000,000 cycles, UL/c UL Fire Rated Listed for 3 hours, and ADA compliance.
